Permanent Visa

If you wish to gain permanent residency in Canada, you can do so through various categories:

1) Skilled Worker Category

Skilled Worker Applicants may apply for Permanent Residency through the following programs:

- Federal Skilled Worker Program

- Federal Skilled Trade Program

- Canadian Experience Program

- Provincial Skilled Immigrant (Worker)

2) Entrepreneurial & Self Employed Category

The Entrepreneur Program aims to attract experienced business people to Canada. These individuals must have plans to own and run a business in Canada that boosts the economy and creates jobs.

3) Investor Category

Business people or professionals who can demonstrate that they have earned a minimum net worth of $1,600,000 CDN and who are willing, able to invest CDN$ 800,000 (interest-free) in Canada for at least five years. This antecedent activity may involve:

– the operation of a successful business, like an industrial concern or can result from commercial activity like trade, real estate, or active investing in financial markets;

– or have at least five years of managerial experience in the public or private sector.

Sponsorship

You can sponsor certain relatives to come to Canada if you are a citizen or permanent resident of Canada and at least 18 years old. If your relatives become permanent residents, they can live, study and work in Canada.

If you are a citizen or permanent resident of Canada, you can sponsor your:

- spouse

- common-law or conjugal partner, or dependent children

If you sponsor a family member to immigrate to Canada, you must provide proof that you can:

- meet basic needs—such as food, clothing and shelter—for yourself and your family,

- support your relative financially and make sure your spouse or relative does not need to ask for financial help from the government

Work Visa

Work Permit Basic Requirements:

– At least a High School Diploma

– English language skills good enough to handle in-Canada position duties

– Trade course or official apprenticeship certificate in certain profession

– At least 3 years work experience in related field.

Please note that we are not an employment agency, but we are able to place your request with the relevant office to find an employment position if you require one.

Student Visa

Generally studying in Canada in any program lasting over 6 months requires the applicants to apply and obtain study permit before entering the program.

In order for Canadian Visa posts to issue the student permit, the applicant should provide the followings:

–        Letter of acceptance/ admission from the educational institution (school, college/ university).

–        Proof of financial support for the personal and education costs during the program.

–        Certain ties to home country as proof of returning home from Canada after finishing the program.
